Q: How many people can be booked on a cruise?
A: 6 guests per cruise as per US Coast Guard regulations. We will NOT be flexible, even if your extra passengers are young or very small.

Q: Is alcohol served on the cruise?
A: All cruises are BYOB.

Q: Can we bring coolers and food?
A: Absolutely! We will have a cooler for your use on the boat with ice.

Q: Is it customary to tip the crew?
A: Yes, our crew works very hard for your enjoyment. 20% tips are standard.

Q: Is there a bathroom?
A: There is a small bathroom for emergencies. There are also restrooms at the restaurant to use before and after the cruise.

Q: Is smoking permitted?
A: Smoking is not permitted on any of our boats.

Q: Are children allowed on board?
A: Children under the age 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Children under the age of 12 must wear a life jacket at all times. Life jackets will be provided but please advise us before your cruise.

Q: Are there any rules?
Absolutely no smoking of any kind.
No jumping off of the boat. Anyone who jumps is subject to a $1,000 fine. Boat will immediately return to dock and cruise will be cancelled with no refunds.
Captain has the right to cancel the cruise at any time due to overly intoxicated or belligerent passengers. Boat will immediately return to dock and cruise will be cancelled with no refunds.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICIES
Must cancel at least 14 days before cruise for full refund. Partial refunds not given.

Bad weather: Cruises will run if there is rain or moderate weather. If we have to cancel a cruise due to severe wind, weather, tides, etc., we will make every effort to contact you by phone, text, or email to reschedule or receive a full refund.
